This policy explains how the iOS app ACE SURVIVOR (the "App"), provided by Yota Hamada (the "Developer"), handles information.
In short
The App collects no data. It needs no account, sends nothing to any server operated by the Developer, runs no analytics and shows no advertising. It does no tracking and never asks for App Tracking Transparency permission.
In-app purchase
The "Main Campaign" purchase is processed by Apple's App Store (StoreKit). The Developer does not receive or store purchase history, payment details or your Apple ID. Ownership is checked on the device.
Save data
Your progress is stored only on your device and is not sent to the Developer. Deleting the App deletes the save data.
Shared clips
When you press "SHARE CLIP", the App makes a short video of your run on the device and hands it to the iOS share sheet. Where it goes next is your choice; saving it to Photos asks for your permission first. The App uploads nothing by itself.
This website
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Its hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., may process access logs (including IP addresses) for security and operations under its own privacy policy.

Children
